Brief
To address communication issues within a team. The event must secure long-term results and equip guests with extensive transferable communication skills. Facilitated activities must be fully engaging; in the first instance they must also provide an added incentive to encourage guests attendance.
Format
Guests take to the skies on a team development event that inspires improved communication. An innovative aerial treasure hunt will demand effective communication, as guests work with a map, armed with a compass, in order to direct their pilot to the clues. Guests will also strive for success whilst problem solving as a team in order to find clues, ensuring that this event delivers communication development training across the board.
Guests will complete the treasure hunt in teams of five; flying above London for 30 minutes, during which tactical and tactful communication will be essential. Three helicopters compete in the treasure hunt; guests remaining on the ground will be challenged to build on transferable communication skills that will pay dividends back in the office.
Excellent on-site hospitality provides a relaxed atmosphere for guests, making this event suitable for team and personal development up to board level.
